A:Our shipment term is EXW Guangzhou;if FOB Guangzhou or Shenzhen,ORC or THC & DOC charge are excluded if the order quantity less than 1 full container.

A:Please contact us via email or call us or chat with us,show us the pictures or the video of the problem,our engineer will check it as your video and pictures,and inform you how to check the light till get the confirmation of which parts have problem.
